ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Once your online order has been received, we will contact you within 72 hours with details on stock availability and delivery or pick-up arrangements.  We're sorry we are current not able to guarantee immediate availability on all items.  In rare instances, delivery may take up to 8 weeks.  Charges authorized to your credit card at the time of sale will be processed immediately.

DELIVERIES

Your delivery time and date is scheduled at the point of sale.  If you need to change your delivery schedule either time or date after you have finalized your purchase.  Please contact our Warehouse Furniture Outlet Customer Service Department at 866-496-8886 within 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time.  An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept & inspect your delivery & sign the delivery invoice.  Warehouse Furniture Outlet reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any imperfection noted at the time of delivery.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

Hours for customer pick-ups vary by location.  Please check with our stores for details.  Before picking up your merchandise at stores or warehouse, and call the number provided by our sales associate at least one hour ahead and let us know that you are coming.  Your phone call will help us verify that your merchandise is ready and minimize potential waiting for you.  Should you need to exchange or return merchandise originally picked up.  It will be your responsibility to transport the merchandise to and from the store or warehouse.  Otherwise, a delivery charge will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please contact our nearest Warehouse Furniture Outlet stores for help with a return or exchange.  For Online Direct items please see policy below.  Warehouse Furniture Outlet is committed to your satisfaction.  If you have any concern about the condition of your merchandise, our team of service professionals will address your claim according to the following guidelines:

1- VISIBLE DAMAGE

While we take every step possible to handle your merchandise with care, occasionally damage does occur during shipping or handling.  Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage within 24 hours to your local Warehouse Furniture Outlet stores.  After 24 hours, any applicable delivery, service and repair fees will be charged to you.

2- MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Warehouse Furniture Outlet guarantees 30 days of free service on merchandise with manufacturing defects.  Please report any defects to your nearest local Warehouse Furniture Outlet stores within 30 days of delivery.  After 30 days, any applicable delivery, service and repair fees will be charged to you.  Upon receiving a claim, we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action which may include one or more of the following:

a- Inspect damaged merchandise in your home.

b- Provide service in your home or our main warehouse at our discretion.

c- Repair or replace the part or merchandise at our discretion.

3- IMPORTANT NOTES

a- Upholstery: Dye lots on display fabrics and sample swatches may differ from the products actually delivered by the manufacturer.  Because leather is a natural material, surface marks and color variances are a sign the leather is genuine.

b- Wood Products: Wood solids and veneers show unique variations in grain qualities on the same piece of furniture.  Blemishes and imperfections are innate to real wood surfaces and demonstrate authenticity.

c- Mattress - Do's and Don'ts to Preserve Warranty Rights:

* DO:

- Do follow the care instructions for the two-sided products requiring flipping and rotating.  This will help equalize compression of the upholstery.

- Do use a new firm, supportive foundation.  An older, worn foundation may cause the mattress to appear to have impressions when the issue may be due to a non-supportive foundation.

- Do use a proper frame.  Use a bed frame that supports head, foot and sides with rigid center support.  For any frame that does not have a metal center support, there must be at least 5 hardwood slats (1x4's).  Failure to provide proper support can damage the mattress or foundation and invalidate the warranty.

- Do use a quilted mattress pad on the mattress at all times to avoid stains.  Soiling can negate the warranty.

- Do properly wrap your mattress and position it on its side when moving it.

* DON'T:

- Don't remove the white cloth law labels or mattress trade labels.  These labels serve as a means of identification to establish warranty rights.

- Don't bend, fold, stand or jump on product.

- Don't use dry cleaning fluid on the mattress or any liquid cleaning fluids; it can/will damage the upholstery.

- Don't smoke in bed or place product near open flame (such as candles, etc.)

- Don't use the mattress handles for lifting or pulling the full weight of the mattress. The handles are only for shifting and adjusting the mattress once it is properly in place.

ONLINE DIRECT: DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage within 3 days to our Warehouse Furniture Outlet Customer Service Department at 866-496-8886.  Upon your report of damage merchandise, we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action which may include one or more of the following:

1- Inspect damaged merchandise in your home.

2- Provide service in your home or our warehouse at our main warehouse .

3- Repair or replace the part or merchandise at our main warehouse.

SOLD AS IS ITEMS

Sold as is merchandise has no warranties. All sales are final. There will be no returns, refunds, or cancellations allow on any order.

REFUNDS

Cash and check payments will be refunded from our corporate office via check up to 10 business days after merchandise is returned or an order is canceled.  Credit card payments will be credited to the credit card account from which original payment was made.  Service and delivery fees are non-refundable.  Does not apply to Online Direct Items.
